What is a Watermelon and Feta Salad Topped with Rosé Popcorn?
Our Watermelon and Feta Salad is literally one of my favourite salads to make. It's a medley of watermelon and strawberries tossed together with fresh cucumbers, red onions and hints of mint, lathered together with a sweet and tangy balsamic vinaigrette. Oh and not to forget, crumbled feta cheese topped with the star ingredient - Rosé popcorn from Eatable!
Watermelon and Feta Salad Topped with Rosé Popcorn is really easy to make and take little to no time to prepare. I can eat this salad as a snack when outside, or prepare it for a quick mid-day lunch at home. My friends and family love when we serve this salad. We usually pair it with seafood like fish or prawns and a glass of white wine.

Watermelon - We used a melon baller tool to sphere our watermelon into medium sized melon balls. If you don't have a melon baller lying around in one of your kitchen drawers, feel free to cube the watermelon into medium chunks. I've included the link the tool below if you're interested in purchasing the same melon baller we used.
Watermelon and Feta Salad Topped with Rosé Popcorn Instructions & Steps
Making this Watermelon and Feta Salad Topped with Rosé Popcorn only requires 7 quick and easy steps:
Cut the watermelon in half and begin to form small spheres (special tool required if not, cubed works well for this recipe) and begin to layer on to your dish.
In a bowl, add one cup of halved strawberries followed by ½ cup of cucumber and ¼ cup of red onions. Mix together.
Add ½ cup of your basil and mint leaf mixture to your bowl of strawberries. Add black pepper and oregano for taste.
In the same bowl, add 1 tbsp of agave, 2-3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil and 3 tbsp of balsamic vinegar and mix together thoroughly.
Begin layering your strawberry and balsamic mixture over top of your sphered watermelons. Store in the fridge for 15 minutes. This allows the balsamic mixture to merge with the watermelon while keeping the fruits crisp.
After 15 minutes remove your dish from the fridge and sprinkle 1 cup of cubed feta cheese followed by Eatable's Poppin’ Rosé Popcorn as a fun and boozy garnish.
Drink - I mean, eat up!
