Mustard Seed & Blood Orange Baked Salmon Steak

We LOVE the taste of mustard and salmon together. But we wanted to really play with other flavours for a more Spring & Summer appropriate dish.

BLOOD ORANGE MUSTARD SEED SALMON

The combination of the sweet citrus from our blood orange paired with @maillecanada mustard really has us drooling for more.

Here’s the breakdown on our salmon recipe:

• 2 tablespoons of mayo

• 1/2 tablespoons of mustard

• 1/2 freshly squeezed blood orange juice

• 1 tablespoon of minced garlic

• Salt and black pepper to taste
