
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Ghee or olive oil
1 pack of plant-based meat balls
1 bottle Good Food For Good Tikka Masala sauce
For garnish:
Handful of fresh parsley
Few mint leaves
Fresh green chili peppers (optional)


Steps:
Heat ghee over medium heat in a large skillet. Once hot, add the meatballs.

Cook for 5 minutes, turning the meatballs until brown and crisp.

Pour in 1 bottle of good food for good tikka masala sauce, mix well.


Bring to a boil and cover with a lid and let it simmer on low heat for 5-7 minutes.

Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley, mint and green chilis.


Serve with your choice of side and enjoy.
